QUILLAN uses Sendle, a quick and carbon neutral door-to-door courier service with tracking and insurance. You will receive your beautiful purchase delivered to your door. Packages are not able to be delivered to PO Boxes.

East Coast metro areas – 1-4 days from date of postage
Other areas – 1-10 days from date of postage

If your order is received between Monday and Wednesday, it will be picked, lovingly packed and processed within 48 hours of receiving it. If your order falls on a Thursday, Friday, weekend or public holiday, it will be processed within the next two working days. An email with your tracking number will be sent to you so you can anticipate your parcel’s arrival. If you are in a hurry to wear or gift a purchase, please send us an email with your request for expedited delivery and we will do our best to accommodate you..
