Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to feel comfortable to place an order with Quillan, knowing that if it isn’t exactly what you wanted or how you imagined it would be, you are able to return it within 7 days of receiving it, for either a refund, (less any applicable shipping costs) or an exchange.
Only full priced garments can be returned for a refund. Sales and reduced items are not eligible for refunds, they can be exchanged or the value credited to you in the form of a store credit.
RETURNS
If you decide that the garment isn’t right for you and you would like to send it back: Send us an email at info@quillan.com.au with the following information:
- Your name
- The item to be returned
- Reason for return,
- Original invoice number.
Wait for a reply from us.
Send the garment in its original, unworn condition, all labels still attached and in the original packaging to:

Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense unless the purchase was made through Paypal.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service or a courier
(Sendle offer an affordable and convenient door-to-door service and they are carbon neutral)
Returns take 2-5 business days to reach us. Once received, it will be processed within 1-3 business days.
Upon us receiving your return, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
REFUNDS
Your returned garment will be inspected and if it is approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow a few days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
We are not able to replace garments that have regular wear and tear or if they been damaged through incorrect laundering. Please check the wash care labels carefully.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GARMENTS
We endeavour to carefully check that every garment being sent out for delivery is in perfect condition, but if for any reason a garment is delivered faulty or damaged, we will happily exchange it for you.
Please contact us with the details of the garment and your invoice number at info@quillan.com.au and we will sort it out for you as soon as possible.
